Support our Mission

Funds raised through individual donations to USAFV support our efforts to provide crisis intervention, safe shelter, advocacy, and other service to those impacted by interpersonal violence, homelessness and near-homelessness, and others in crisis.

USAFV Memberships

You can help women, children, and men impacted by domestic and sexual violence, stalking, homelessness and near-homelessness, food insecurity, and other life crisis by becoming a USAFV Member.  A long and diverse list of individual, business, and corporate memberships demonstrates to our government and other funding sources that the people and businesses of our community and region appreciate the work that USAFV does, and want to be part of that work.

  • USAFV uses the unencumbered funds raised through memberships to purchase food, household supplies, and educational materials for our shelter and outreach programs

  • To provide training to staff and volunteers

  • To provide emergency travel for those who have been impacted by violence or who have no safe home in our community

  • To provide outreach and education in our efforts to reduce violence of all kinds; to expand our direct service and prevention programs

  • And to increase our sustainability and improve the long-term health of our organization.
